In the struggle for racial justice, it’s time to pay more attention to the fears of white people.
In a white-dominated world, that may seem counterintuitive.

Harley Pasternak says that if you follow his 5 Factor diet, you will see results. First, eat five times a day: two meals and three snacks. Next, everything you eat should have five components: lean protein, low glycemic carbs, healthy fats, fiber, and a sugar-free beverage.

I have only lost 1 pound . but since I added arm weights to my workout I can see a difference in my arms and shoulders . I didn't do good over the Super Bowl weekend , to many chicken wings and sauce.

Last week I made a really yummy breakfast quinoa using a recipe from FitSugar reader leens824. Not only was it delicious, it reminded me that when it comes to warm, hearty breakfasts and whole grains, oatmeal isn't the only option. Check out some of the things I do at home to incorporate different whole grains into my breakfast.

Red Velvet Whoopie Pies. I think these would be a lovely Valentine’s Day surprise for just about anyone special in your life: your man, your best friend, your mom. Extra credit if you make a few batches and take them into work.

No, I'm not anorexic, which is the first thing that comes up, always, whenever I talk about this. I have three serious chronic illnesses, however, which have affected my life for more than a decade, and among other things I rarely have an appetite and food rarely tastes good to me, as a result. (I'm unusual, actually, as those with these illnesses go; most tend to be overweight, whereas I struggle to stay anywhere close to being a normal weight, and at one point dropped under 100 lbs; I'm 5'8" in height, and I was doing my absoluet best to eat regularly and decent sized meals, despite no appetite at all, when it happened.)
I can't not eat, of course; the result is that I tend to eat whatever I can find that tastes "okay" too often, and end up burnt out and in need of seeking a new food.
