1.Sparkling Tropical Fruit Juice
Recipe taken from I Hate Counting Calories!

1 kiwi, peeled
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1/2 mango, peeled and sliced
sparkling mineral water

2.1 whole wheat pita breads, cut in half
1 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced thin
1 ripe avocados, mashed
1/4 sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice (or to taste)
sea salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chicken base powder, low salt (optional)
2 tsp. honey

Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, fruit sugar, sea salt and lemon juice into the mashed avocados. Spread the avocado mixture evenly into the halved pita breads. Evenly layer the vegetables into the halved pita breads. Serve immediately.

3.1 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup honey
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup Sucanat
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
1 apple, grated
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 T. fresh lemon juice

Combine all of the ingredients, except the honey, oil and lemon juice. Mix the honey, oil and lemon juice and stir into the dry ingredients until just moist. Pour into a greased square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cool and cut into squares.
